All members who come to the lab will complete their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and will be ready for certification if not certified by the time they leave Spark. This valuable training equips our team members with the skills and knowledge to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in their work.

Our team members become proficient in utilizing various tools within our lab, including 3D design software, 3D printers, and other advanced equipment.
